Not good! In addition to the short hose and weird placement of the holes to spray water, I found that I ended up with as much air in me as water. Even sex afterwards was uncomfortable because I had to focus more on not farting during sex and I couldn't enjoy the sex. Horrible product!

I bought this about a year ago, and so many issues with the attachment. I guess for enema play it may be fun, but not very good for cleaning. It was quite uncomfortable due to the holes where the water comes from. Not a good buy.

The hose is entirely too short to do much of anything with. I bought this at a local sex shop and the packaging didn't mention anything about hose length. Got it home and couldn't use it, nor could I take it back to the crap store I bought it from. Ended up buying the Clean Stream/Sure Shot and completely satisfied with it.

The 6.5 is a bit much. Not very comfy. Much thicker than you think and the hose is too short.
