I have read your return/exchange policies and my items are eligible, how do I arrange for the return/exchange?
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. For faster service, please email the following information: customer name, sale number, product name and SKU from invoice, and the nature of the problem.

3) Add items to your shopping cart and continue to checkout.

When will I receive my order?
US Domestic Standard shipments usually take around 5-7 business days, depending on where you are relative to Huntington Beach, California. The standard time frame is an estimate and is in no way guaranteed, and does not count the day the order is shipped.

Expedited domestic shipments are guaranteed to arrive in the time frame of the service chosen. 2-Day shipments arrive in two business days. Next-day shipments arrive in 1 business day.

Standard International shipments usually arrive in 5-10 business days, but can take as long as 6 weeks depending on the destination country and your local customs officials.

Expedited international shipments arrive in 3-5 days worldwide.

How do I cancel my order?
Due to the streamlined nature of our shipping process, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I add or change an item on my order?
Usually we can make adjustments to an order, but not always. If the shipment has already been boxed, adjustments cannot be made.

Can I change the delivery address?
If you need to change the shipping address, please include the new address with your change request and we will try our very best.

Are packages shipped discretely? What do your shipping boxes look like and how are they labeled?
All our orders are shipped discretely for your privacy. We use plain brown boxes, UPS or USPS priority boxes. Our shipping label shows from XR. LLC, our corporate name. If you order via credit card, XR. LLC will also appear on your statement.
