This watch band neck collar is made of nickle plated brass and has the intricate design of today's watches. The means you're getting a durable bondage item that has style as well as substance. The collar wraps around the neck and closes using a key system. The key is inserted and turned until the lock is able to fit through. The key is then turned again to hold the lock in place. There's a 1" O-ring attached so you can connect your sub to a leash or leading device.

The collar fits necks between 15" and 18". It will hang loose on necks smaller than 15". The locking system is designed for small adjustments to the circumference.
