We took our best locking mouthgag and added a dildo ring for extra fun! This ball gag with dildo ring has a locking leather strap, uses a rubber ball mouth gag and has a metal O-ring for optional dildo/butt plug attaching. Use any dildo that normally fits onto a strap-on or is less than 2" in diameter and has a base that can keep it on the gag.
